Newsletter #10 - The Waning Spooky Season
10/20/25:
Happy Monday all! It's the third Monday of October, one week closer to Halloween and one week closer to next month's Adventure. But before we transition to Turkey Season, we need to talk about Spooky Season a little.
Hop on over to the Dime Novel Adventures Shop (at https://www.dimenoveladventures.com/shop) to grab this month's adventure for free until the end of the month. This month's Adventure, Echoraptor, takes the party into a science-fantasy laboratory, owned and operated by our own Wild Wizards, ravaged by a sudden attack by a pack of fluffy therapods. Creep your way though the lab's pipes, avoiding these dangerous monsters at all costs, to shut down the lab's portal. Find gear, trinkets, and data logs along your journey, bringing light to the experiments of the wizards, and the origins of the Echoraptors. Make sure to grab this month's Adventure from our shop, for free, before the end of the month!
In regards to other projects, we've been working on both Project-P & Project-W a little bit, and we've gotten a good head start on December's Adventure. Our Lead Writer is about to take his big exam, in about a month, so after that we'll have a bit more brainspace to chew through these projects.
We've been interviewing artists! We don't have anything ironed out quite yet, but we're hoping to soon bring somebody into the fold to bring life to our works!

Happy Monday all! Today marks the second Monday of October! The weather is getting cooler, the leaves are changing colors, and Dime Novel Adventures if preparing for some changes itself! But before we talk about that, let’s talk about this month’s Adventure!
Step into a laboratory, ravaged and haunted by horrible beasts. Creep down the corridors, crawl through the pipes, and stay clear of the dangerous Echoraptor! In this month’s adventure, the party will answer the emergency call of the Wild Wizards Crew and delve into their savaged laboratory to fix their mistake… again. Echoraptor is a thrilling adventure, complete with maps, data logs, statistics for the Echoraptor, and a whole lot more! Other projects! They’ve been happening. We’ve completed November’s Adventure, made some progress on both Project-P and Project-W, and we’re starting on December’s Adventure soon! Keep your eyes peeled to see hints and clues about them all!
Artists! We’ve been talking to a lot of wonderful artists, hoping to find a few that would be the right fit for our ranks! We’re hoping to be able to bring more, and better, art to our adventures for your viewing pleasure! Cross your fingers!

Newsletter #7 - The Echoraptor Cometh!

Happy Monday all! It's the first Monday of October, which means it's time for a new Adventure! Get ready for one of our longest adventures yet, Echoraptor!
Get summoned back to the Wizard's Tower Workshop for an emergency house call, delve deep into the Interplanar Research division, and get absolutely mauled to death by the mysterious, yet horribly dangerous, Echoraptor! This level 10 adventure is a dark, bloody, and detailed expedition into a science-fantasy setting. Outfitted with six complete maps, a new monster stat block, over half a dozen new items (both magical and nonmagical), and dozens of findable data logs, this adventure is one of our longest and most detailed adventures yet!

Newsletter #6 - October 2025 Update
Happy Wednesday all! Today is the first of October! That means we're getting into SPOOKY SEASON!!! Pumpkins! Apple Cider! And most importantly, Halloween Adventure! In addition to that, being the first of the month, it's time for a Dime Novel Adventures update!
We finished our draft of October's Adventure yesterday and sent it off for review... Cutting it a little close right? Yeah, we are! In our defense, October's Adventure, called Echoraptor, is one of our longest One-Shot Adventures yet! We also think it's going to be one of the best Adventures yet, so that's something! With all of that said, it should be finished long before Monday's release.
We are beginning work on November's Adventure... which is going to be a shorter adventure. We're getting down to the due date of our Lead Writer's professional exam, so he's going to be crunched in time the next month and a half.
There has been no progress made on either Project-P or Project-W; however, progress should be made after November's Adventure has been completed. We are also going to be working on new business cards and drafting a Dime Novel Adventures Character Sheet soon! So, this month should be a little less busy on the life side, and a little more productive on the fantasy side!
We're looking for artists! Anybody who is artistically inclined, we'd love to chat with you on Discord or via email about commissioning some art! We'd like to start commissioning art for the following: Our Adventure Covers, Monsters, Magic Items, Characters, and so forth. Dime Novel Adventures Streams! We don't have one planned... but we're going to! Start talking about it that is. We've been busy people lately, but we're hoping to schedule our next Adventure Stream for the last Sunday of this month! Hold tight and keep tuned for updates.
Let's talk about website stuff! We're hoping to start working on website membership things soon, making it a little easier to access all our content since the move to the website. We're also working on listing older adventures on the website... it's just time a consuming process, and we're a bit tight on time these days.

Happy Monday all! This is going to be a short one, since we've got our first of the month update coming in just two days, and since it's the fifth Monday of the month. Hope you all had a good weekend!
We did! We just got back from KC Renfest! That was a good time! To anybody that we met there that has recently joined our community, thank you and welcome!
Today marks the last week to get our September Adventure, Beargauntlet, for free! Make sure to hop on over to the Shop, at DimeNovelAdventures.com/Shop.
We have a new Adventure coming down the pipes for October... and it's a big one! hopefully we can finish it by then. If not, well, we'll work something out. Because October's Adventure is so big, and time consuming to write, we've not done anything towards Project-P or Project-W, but that's not unexpected.

Newsletter #4 - We Survived
Happy Monday all! We did it! We are done with our, incredibly, busy week! We have made it to the other side! Also, it's the fourth Monday of the month! We're almost finished! Next week we'll round out the month, and regale you with the tales of our adventures at Renfest!
But you're not here for what's to come, you're here for updates, right? Well, October's adventure, called Echoraptor, is progressing nicely. This is to say, we're still making maps and plotting it... We're a little behind. But it's also turning out to be a larger adventure than normal. Hold tight, and get ready for October's adventure, coming soon!

This month's Adventure, Beargauntlet, has been live for a few weeks now, and the window to grab it for free is closing quickly. Happy Monday all! It's the third Monday of the month! We're half way there! Did you have a good weekend? We did, and a busy one at that!
There's not a lot to talk about that's new for this week's Dime Novel Adventures update... but we can talk about some things that we've done recently. Check out our website (DimeNovelAdventures.com), or if you're reading this from our website, thanks for visiting! We're still working on uploading our backlog of content onto the website shop, and getting our Member's Site up and running. Those things are going to take some time however, and we probably won't make much headway this week... It's going to be a busy one!
Our newest adventure is live! And free until the end of the month! Make sure to hop on over to the Shop at DimeNovelAdventures.com/Shop and grab that before the end of the month, after which, it will not be free! Until we've got our Member's site up that is... Who knows what's going to be going on with that though.
This month's Adventure, Beargauntlet, is an inspired tale that takes the party deep into an ancient forest inhabited by a spiritual tribe, which is reverent to the big bad Bear ULDTHRYMIR!!! Hack! Slash! And (man we love saying hack, slash and...) pummel your way though Uldthrymir to claim another Key to the Golden Vault! In all seriousness, which we aren't even sure that we can be, we had a lot of fun writing and creating this adventure. Pick it up and let us know what you think.
A new short has been posted on our Vignettes page (DimeNovelAdventures.com/Blog)! It's our first one, of the sort at least, and we're excited to share it with you! It's a dark fantasy, kind of horror, piece. Check it out and let us know what you think!
Absolutely no work has been done on either Project-P or Project-W this week, and honestly, we probably won't have the time this week (again, it's going to be a busy one). With that said, we're hoping to have both complete and ready for release with the planned Grand Launch of DimeNovelAdventures.com, likely at the beginning of the year! So stay tuned!.

Happy Monday all! Today marks the second Monday of September! It' been a big month already! Are you ready for some Dime Novel Adventures news?
If you haven't heard, we launched our website! Technically we did it on the very last day of August, the 31st, but it's pretty much September, right? Speaking of this month's adventure! Since the launch of our website, we're back in business for releasing our products for free again! For some reason, Patreon, and the Patreon Shop, wouldn't allow us to release our products for free for the first month as we had always done, nor would it eventually allow for product distribution. With the website up, we can now do all of this again! Hurrah!!!

Well, it's the second adventure in the Quests for the Gold Spice series, of course! Newsletter #1 - Welcome to Dime Novel Adventures!
Happy Tuesday evening all! This marks the first, official, DimeNovelAdventures.com Newsletter! Typically, we would put out our Newsletter on the first of each month, discussing what's going on with DNA, what this month's content is going to be, and what our plans are! Unfortunately, life happens sometimes and we're a day late. A great start, I know, but better late than never I suppose.
If you're here you probably already know, but we launched our website! This one! DimeNovelAdventures.com! So that's pretty exciting! We also release this month's adventure, Beargauntlet, a day early to commemorate the website launch! Check it out!
Venture into the depths of the Beargauntlet Forest and come face to face with the massive, powerful, and not so cuddly Bear Colossus - Uldthrymir! This level 15 adventure is the second installment in our Quest for the Gold Spice series, and the perfect adventure for your party to play this month! Make sure to grab it before the end of the month!
Speaking of content releases, let's talk a little about Dime Novel Adventures content. Typically, each month we release four pieces of content: an Adventure, a Butcher's Block, a Bloodbath & Beyond, and a Workbench. The Adventure is self-explanatory, a one-shot adventure, complete in itself. Our Butcher's Blocks are monthly monster drops. Lore, stats, and occasionally art and/or 3D models. Our Bloodbath & Beyonds are monthly item drops, often magic items, but occasionally just neat and mundane. And finally, the Workbenches are everything else: game mechanics, loot tables, worldbuilding, whatever fits our fancy. Although it is common for the Butcher's Blocks, Bloodbath & Beyonds, and Workbenches to couple with, or be themed by, our Adventure for that month, they don't always. We have, unfortunately, temporarily discontinued all but our Adventure releases for the time being, as our Lead Writer spends many hours each week studying for his licensing exam, and the summer months are terribly busy for our team. With that said, we hope to resume making all of this content, consistently, by the beginning of the next year!
In addition to the different types of content we release every month, we do it in a very particular way. We don't have memberships or subscriptions set up (yet) for this website, but we plan to soon, however, we like to release all of our content for free for the first month of release. That's why we typically say, "Make sure to grab (x) before it's gone!"
Where does it go though? Well that's a good question! Why, in the Tome of Dime Novel Adventures of course! Our complete tome, compendium, and log of all of our works. It also goes in the shop...
Speaking of art! We’re looking for artists to work with and partner with us! If you’re an artist, or 3D modeler, and you’re looking for inspiration or things to work on, send us an email via our Contact Us page! We’d love to talk with you and hopefully work with you on making our works more beautiful!
What else needs to be said? Well, here's a few things that we've been working on, and that we hope to complete soon: Project-P and Project-W (two standalone projects that will make interacting with this website more fun!), getting the Guildhall set up (for memberships, subscriptions, and other benefits), and getting back to streaming!

We’ve been hard at work the last few months to get this website ready for you, and we’re finally there!
